Experience the Benefits of Reflexology
Are you seeking relief from a specific condition or simply looking to enhance your overall wellness? Reflexology is a gentle and effective way to support your health.

Whether you're feeling run down, anxious, or just in need of some self-care, my sessions can help you find that balance and inner peace you've been craving - helping your body to relax and reset.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a natural and non-invasive therapy where gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the feet. It is based on the principle that these points correspond to different organs and systems in the body, and by stimulating these reflex points and nerve endings, the body's natural healing processes can be activated.
A safe and effective approach to healing, reflexology can be used alongside conventional healthcare to address imbalances and promote wellness. It is the perfect complementary therapy to help alleviate stress, improve circulation and enhance your overall well-being. By incorporating reflexology into your self-care routine you can give your body the attention it deserves, promoting optimal health and vitality.

My passion is to help people live happier, healthier lives by introducing them to the relaxing and healing benefits of reflexology.
I first experienced reflexology in The Healing Field at Glastonbury. I didn’t know much about it and had always been fairly sceptical about these things. Training for my first half marathon, I had racked up some aches and pains and my body was crying out for some self-care! I was completely blown away by the difference the treatment made. I couldn’t quite believe that such a gentle process could yield these results. It allowed me to get back to training after that one session, feeling completely re-energised. My perception changed further after seeing a family member benefit from reflexology during cancer care. The simple but effective techniques I learned from a therapist there sparked my interest in complementary therapies and their value alongside conventional healthcare.

After working in the broadcasting industry for many years, I took a leap of faith and decided to change my career path entirely. I moved from London to Yorkshire and took on a clinical role within the NHS, working on a busy paediatric ward. I wanted to focus in on a field that emphasised holistic healing and wellbeing, which led me to retrain in reflexology.
